Blueberry Smoothie

When Summer activities have you on the run with no time to eat, take a few minutes to blend up this healthy and delicious smoothie. Healthy has never tasted so good!

Blueberry Smoothie

Serves: 2 Total Time: 30 minutes


  • 1 cup wild frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 handful Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt 2% (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup Cooked Organic Oatmeal (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea
  • 1 bunch Spinach or Kale



Put all the ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice. Blend until smooth. For a more filling smoothie add the yogurt or oatmeal or both.


Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
