Hi! I'm Lisa....welcome to A Menu for You!! I'm a stay at home mom (and almost empty nester) who loves to cook. I help frazzled home cooks gain confidence in the kitchen by learning what menus work for them. I'll show you tricks and tips for easy menu planning to set you on the path to healthier eating. Menu planning also saves you a ton of money (say goodbye to multiple trips every week to the store!) AND it reduces stress because you don't have to worry about what you're cooking for dinner. You'll have two options when you visit me here. You can become a member and have access to the FULL menus and recipes. Or you can peruse and scroll through, looking at the pictures, seeing the ingredients and reading my blog posts. I truly believe everyone can menu plan, everyone can cook, and everyone can gain confidence in the kitchen......you just need the right menu that works for you!
