We’ve all been there. It’s 150 degrees outside, you’ve stood in countless lines and waited who knows how many hours at the happiest place on Earth. Your kids beg you for a Dole pineapple whip and you KNOW (because you’ve been here before) it’s another long line, jostling along in a sea of overtired kids and exhausted parents. I say….NO MORE! Why? Because now you can make this treat at home! Enjoy it in the peace and quiet of your backyard on a sunny weekend, or serve it for dessert after a bbq with the neighbors. Either way, no more lines, no more waiting.

Ingredients

2 cup frozen Pineapple chunks
8 oz frozen Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip)
3 tbsp Honey or 2 tbsp Sugar
6 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in strong blender or food processor until whipped.
If mixture is too runny, add 1/4 cup ice and process further.
To look more like a creamy whip, transfer mixture to piping bag with star tip and pipe into cups.
