Turn on your slow cooker and in 8 hours dinner is ready! Your house will smell amazing and your family will think you slaved away all day to fix dinner!
- 1 rack baby back pork spareribs (you can also use beef ribs)
- 2 bottles of your favorite dark beer
- 2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
Put all of the ingredients in your slow cooker. You may need to cut the rack in half, or thirds, depending on the size of your slow cooker.
Turn on the slow cooker to high for the first 2 hours, then cook on low for about 4-6 more hours. The meat should be tender and not quite falling off the bone.
