Ahi Tuna Poké Bowls – An Easy Summer Recipe

My absolute FAVORITE part of taking a trip to Hawaii is…..ok, well…..it’s literally impossible to pick just ONE favorite part…..but these ahi tuna poké bowls are definitely at the top of the list! I love the beach. The ocean. The smell of plumeria the second you land and step off the plane. And the food trucks that serve enormous overflowing bowls of the freshest ahi over a bed of warm rice with ALLLLLL the toppings. These are great to serve for Summer because they take 30 minutes to make, and HUGE bonus…..you don’t have to turn on your oven! I love serving poké bowls for Summer parties because they take hardly any work and your guests get to make their own…….which makes even less work for you! Plus, who doesn’t love throwing a Hawaiian themed party, right! And these Ahi Tuna Poké Bowls will absolutely be the star! To watch me make these, tune in to THIS EPISODE OF FOODIES ACROSS THE POND.
