Chicken Saltimbocca (with Sage and Prosciutto), Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes and Lemony Green Beans

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 8 large fresh sage leaves, finely chopped*
  • 8 thin prosciutto slices (about 3 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 cup low-salt chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
