Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed , unpeeled, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (you can also substitute Gruyere or Cheddar)
