The classic cocktail.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces whiskey (some prefer bourbon)
- 1 1/2 ounces ounce simple syrup (1:1 ratio sugar:water)
- 2 egg whites
Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake until well combined, at least 10 seconds. Add ice to your shaker and shake again as normal. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
