Tired of making sandwiches? Wraps are a great alternative to get out of the sandwich rut!
Ingredients
- Turkey, 3-5 slices
- Tomato, 2-3 slices
- Cucumber, 2-3 slices
- Lettuce
- Cheese, Sliced White CheddarLavash (flatbread), you can also substitute a tortilla
- Hummus (recipe here) – my kids also love Trader Joe’s Yogurt Cilantro dip
- Multigrain chips (My kids love the Food Should Taste Good ones)
- Apple (or your child’s favorite fruit – strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Spread the lavash generously with hummus and layer the turkey, tomato and cucumber slices, lettuce and cheese. Roll tightly to seal all the goodies inside the lavash.

Serve with the chips and apple.
