Ingredients

  • 3-5 slices Turkey
  • 2-3 slices Tomato
  • 2-3  slices Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese, Sliced White CheddarLavash (flatbread), you can also substitute a tortilla
  • Hummus (recipe here) – my kids also love Trader Joe’s Yogurt Cilantro dip
  • Multigrain chips (My kids love the Food Should Taste Good ones)
  • Apple (or your child’s favorite fruit – strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions

  • For the hummus recipe click here
  • Spread the lavash generously with hummus and layer the turkey, tomato and cucumber slices, lettuce and cheese. Roll tightly to seal all the goodies inside the lavash.
  • Serve with the chips and apple.
