Garlic Green Beans (Side Dish)

Ingredients

  • 4 gloves Garliic, thinly sliced
  • Pinch of Cayenne
  • 3/4 pounds  of green beans
  • Pinch of Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Toast 4 sliced garlic cloves and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a skillet with butter. Add 3/4 pound of green beans, season with salt and a pinch of sugar and cook 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and cook 8 minutes, then uncover and boil until the water evaporates. Season with salt and pepper.
