1 can Rotel Tomatoes (or any brand of diced tomatoes and green chilies)
1can whole kernel corn
1cup sour cream
1package taco seasoning mix
1package Ranch dressing mix
1teaspoon cumin
1cup water
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Garnishes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Fritos
Lime slices
Avocado slices
Instructions
In a Dutch oven, or large pot, over medium high heat, brown meat and onion.
When the meat is fully cooked, drain off the fat. Add remaining 9 ingredients (do not drain any of the cans - just pour them in). Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, Fritos, fresh lime slices, and avocado slices for toppings.
