Root Beer Float Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3-4  cans  of your favorite Root Beer
  • Pint of your favorite Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Popsicle molds (you can also use 3 ounce paper cups)
  • Popsicle sticks  (you may need if using paper cups)

Instructions

  • In each Popsicle mold (or paper cup) alternate vanilla ice cream, and then root beer. You will want to start with the ice cream, add the root beer (careful to add a small amount to avoid it foaming over) and continue until the Popsicle mold (or cup) is almost full. The root beer should be about ¼ inch from the top.
  • Place the Popsicle molds in the freezer, and keep them there overnight. If using paper cups, insert a Popsicle stick into the ice cream in each cup. The ice cream should keep the stick upright. Place all the cups on a tray and freeze overnight.
