Black Beans with Garlic and Cilantro

Ingredients

  • can  black beans
  • cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
  • 2-4  sprigs of cilantro
  • ¼  cup  of cotija cheese

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse the beans. Add them to a small pot over medium heat, add the garlic and cilantro. Warm them, stirring often, for about 15 minutes.
  • Once they are hot, remove from heat, garnish with cojita cheese and serve.
