Black Beans with Garlic and Cilantro

- 1 can black beans
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 2-4 sprigs of cilantro
- ¼ cup of cotija cheese
- Drain and rinse the beans. Add them to a small pot over medium heat, add the garlic and cilantro. Warm them, stirring often, for about 15 minutes.
- Once they are hot, remove from heat, garnish with cojita cheese and serve.
