Beer and BBQ Sauce Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back pork spareribs (you can also use beef ribs)
  • 2 bottles of your favorite dark beer
  • 2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce
  • 2 onions, peeled and quartered

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in your slow cooker. You may need to cut the rack in half, or thirds, depending on the size of your slow cooker.
  • Turn on the slow cooker to high for the first 2 hours, then cook on low for about 4-6 more hours. The meat should be tender and not quite falling off the bone.
