Heat your outdoor grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl mix together the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup and Maldon salt.
Melt the brown sugar butter mixture in the microwave or in a small pot on the stove.
Brush the cut side of each half with some of the brown sugar butter mixture.
Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and grill for 3-5 minutes.
Use a spatula to gently flip the peaches over and brush more of the brown sugar butter mixture on top. Grill for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove peaches from the grill and place on separate plates. Top each half with vanilla ice cream and serve right away.
