We'll make the dreamiest bèarnaise sauce which will then be poured generously over tender flavorful hanger steaks. Smooth, creamy and buttery mashed potatoes are the perfect vessel to get all the gorgeous sauce and steak from the plate to your belly. A butter lettuce salad with tangy vinaigrette adds brightness, and, of course, it wouldn't be a Paris dinner without a gorgeous chocolate mousse for dessert.
