Make Kalbi Flank Steak for dinner tonight…….and use the leftovers to make school lunches tomorrow!

Ingredients

  • Kalbi Flank Steak, sliced thin (recipe on website)
  • ¼ cup  crumbled blue cheese (you can also substitute goat cheese or feta)
  • ¼ cup  cherry tomatoes
  • A few slices of cucumber
  • A few slices of avocado
  • Fresh corn (using a sharp knife, slice kernels off an ear of corn or use frozen)
  • Mixed greens (you can use any lettuce – Romaine, Spring Mix, Arugula)
  • Any salad dressing

Instructions

  • Toss the mixed greens with the blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and corn. Then toss with the salad dressing.Lay slices of the flank steak on top of the salad.
