Make Kalbi Flank Steak for dinner tonight.......and use the leftovers to make school lunches tomorrow!
Ingredients
- Kalbi Flank Steak, sliced thin (recipe on website)
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (you can also substitute goat cheese or feta)
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
- A few slices of cucumber
- A few slices of avocado
- Fresh corn (using a sharp knife, slice kernels off an ear of corn or use frozen)
- Mixed greens (you can use any lettuce – Romaine, Spring Mix, Arugula)
- Any salad dressing
Instructions

Toss the mixed greens with the blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and corn. Then toss with the salad dressing.
Lay slices of the flank steak on top of the salad.
