Mango Pineapple Salsa

This mango pineapple salsa is like taking a trip to a tropical island.....but without the jet lag!

Between the mango and pineapple, the bite from the red onion and jalapeño, and the pop from lime juice and cilantro.....it's sunshine in a dish!

Scoop it on tacos (like these mahi mahi tacos) or serve it as a tasty appetizer with your favorite chips!

I HIGHLY recommend making this a few hours before serving.  That way all the flavors have a chance to blend together which creates BIG flavor!
