4largerusset potatoes, scrubbed , unpeeled, cut into wedges
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese(you can also substitute Gruyere or Cheddar)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place potato wedges skin side down, in a single layer, on a baking sheet. Mix the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush the mixture evenly over the potatoes and bake for about 1 hour. You want the potatoes to be tender when you pierce with a fork.
