Crispy, crunchy, salty, cheesy........that pretty much sums up these potatoes.

Serves: 4 Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes


  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed , unpeeled, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (you can also substitute Gruyere or Cheddar)



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place potato wedges skin side down, in a single layer, on a baking sheet. Mix the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush the mixture evenly over the potatoes and bake for about 1 hour. You want the potatoes to be tender when you pierce with a fork.


Serve hot.
