Lemon Garlic Aioli

This is just a fancy way of saying lemon garlic mayonnaise and this versatile sauce should be a staple in your refrigerator. It elevates the ordinary sandwich, takes burgers to the next level, is one of the best fry dipping sauces and is the only way my kids will eat all their veggies. There pretty much is nothing you can cook that wouldn't be great drizzled (or doused) with this sauce!

Lemon Garlic Aioli

Serves: 8 Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 5 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons finely chopped lemon zest
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper



Add the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and zest to a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.


Put in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
